In January and February, many subscribers experienced delays in receiving the World Tribune and Living Buddhism as an uptick in holiday packages and the COVID-19 pandemic slowed periodical mailings to a crawl. We truly regret these delays and thank you for your patience at this challenging time.
The SGI-USA Member Services Department is working closely with the U.S. Post Office to both resolve these delays and improve delivery moving forward. We believe that our readers should see improvements in delivery very shortly, if not already.
We have also recently adopted new technology that enables us to track an individual member’s publications in the postal system.
In the meantime, subscribers also have access to the publications online at worldtribune.org. Visit sgiusapublications.newspaperdirect.com for a facsimile (flipbook-style) version. Just log on with your portal account email and passwords to access both.
