The adults and older youth division members
  should unite their hearts as one to encourage
  the younger members toward their dynamic
  future division gatherings(*).
Let's remember to show our consideration as well
  as uplift the spirit of those preparing for their
  school entrance examinations.
Everyone is an amazingly capable
  individual with a mission.

(*)The Future Division in Japan is comprised of
young people of 6 to around 18 years of age.
