  the springtime of youth,
  centering on the "Kayo" group leaders,(*)

Let's sow seeds of hope in the hearts
  of that friend and this friend.

(*)For overseas members: Apparently, the young women's division in Japan made a new start, with the title for "group leader" now being called "Kayo leader" [taken from the name of the young women's training group Kayo-kai]. It is not directly connected to the actual Kayo-kai Group.
